* Refers to Non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on a department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the congress.

Payment

Payment of Registration fees may be made as follows:

- By credit card i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express.

- By bank transfer to COMTEC account number 468440, Bank Hapoalim, Swift code

Poalilit, Branch 656.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payee and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees. Please make sure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked to 'Comtec'. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

- Postmarked before January 8, 2007 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee).

- Postmarked from January 9, 2007 – 50% refund.

- Cancellations received after February 8, 2007 will be non-refundable.

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for neither personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 2^nd World Congress on Gender Specific Medicine. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance
